மன்னவன் வானமும் வானவர் தம் பொன் உலகும் *
தன்னுடைய தோள் வலியால் கைக்கொண்ட தானவனை *
பின் ஓர் அரி உருவம் ஆகி எரி விழித்து *
கொல் நவிலும் வெம் சமத்துக் கொல்லாதே * வல்லாளன்
மன்னு மணிக் குஞ்சி பற்றி, வர ஈர்த்து *
தன்னுடைய தாள் மேல் கிடாத்தி * அவனுடைய
பொன் அகலம் வள் உகிரால் போழ்ந்து புகழ் படைத்த *
