Meaning

They will worship the wondrous one, the prince of northern Mathura, lord of the banks of the pure Yamuna, the shining lamp born into the cowherd clan, Damodara who made his mother's womb glorious. If they come to him clean in body and heart, scatter fresh flowers, sing with their voices and hold him in their thoughts, then all their wrongs, past and yet to come, will vanish like specks of dust in a flame.
