Meaning

He is the master of all the clustered worlds, Hrishikesha, who plucked out and cleared away the thickets of asuras and rakshasas. You who belong to the family of his servants, come bow at his feet, recite his thousand names, leave your old ways behind, and say: many years, many thousands of years.
