What we collect
For an account: your name, email address, a securely hashed password (we cannot read it), and your learning data (start date, known pasurams, daily progress, notes, quiz and exam results). If you purchase access, Razorpay receives the details needed to process the payment. Our server stores the order and payment references, amount, status and timestamps needed to verify access and refunds. We never receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or banking credentials.
Analytics
We record anonymous usage events (page views, feature use) with a random identifier stored in your browser. The product-analytics log does not store IP addresses, advertising identifiers or cross-site tracking data, and it is not tied to your name or email. We do not use a third-party analytics service. Like nearly every web service, our hosting layer also keeps standard access and security logs that may contain an IP address, requested URL, time and browser user-agent. Those operational logs are kept separate from product analytics and used only to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your data, use it for advertising, or send marketing email. We share only what is necessary with service providers that operate the app, or when the law requires it. Your notes and learning progress are not used for analytics.
Storage & your rights
Data is stored on our own server with daily backups. You may export your data from the app, or email [email protected] to access, correct or permanently delete everything we hold about you — deletion requests are honoured within 7 days.
Cookies
One first-party session cookie keeps you signed in. Local storage remembers preferences (theme and text size) and an anonymous analytics identifier. Account data is not cached for offline use unless you choose Save on this device. After that explicit choice, this browser stores your name, access status, learning plan, progress and notes so the app can work without a connection; the offline account copy expires after seven days without an online refresh and is cleared when you sign out. Do not enable it on a shared device. We set no advertising cookies.
