Meaning
All the other girls have already gone singing to the gathering place of the vow, praising the one who split open the beak of the bird-demon and who plucked away the wicked rakshasa. Venus has risen, Jupiter has set, and the birds are calling. They ask the girl with lovely flower-like eyes whether she really means to stay in bed instead of plunging and splashing in the bracing cold water; on this good day she should drop her pretense and join them.
