Meaning
In the pond of this girl's own backyard garden, the red lotuses have opened their mouths and the night lilies have closed, so morning has clearly come; ascetics in ochre robes, their teeth white, are already on their way to sound the conch in their temples. She was the one who promised to wake everyone else first, and they tease her as a shameless, glib talker. Let her rise and sing the lotus-eyed lord whose great hands hold the conch and the discus.
